FAQ's

  1. I cannot change between English and Spanish audio
  2. I cannot control the volume
  3. The audio is choppy
  4. The audio is not synchronized with the video
  5. During installation, this error message appears on my screen: "You don't have sufficient priveleges"
  6. During installation, this error message appears on my screen:"The following file is in use and can not be updated: C:\WINDOWS\FONTS\KING.TTF"
  7. During installation, this error message appears on my screen:"WindowsNT is incompatible with this program"
  8. The CD is not automatically installing to my computer
  9. I cannot login
  10. My computer freezes while I am running the program
  11. The program is running slowly

Known Issues

    Issue:
    During installation user is prompted for second installation cd. Upon inserting second cd and pressing enter the installation errors out.

    Resolution:
    After inserting the second cd the user must wait approximately 15 seconds
    before pressing enter to continue with installation.

    Issue:
    Installation of "Dance Studio" into the windows 2000 operating system,
    one of the installed components errors out.

    Resolution:
    Ignore message, message is pertaining to an old component of the app.

    Issue:
    Installing all components of Netsmartz software requires 1.2 GB of drive
    space. Installation fails during install.

    Resolution:
    Installed software must be removed to accommodate installation of Netsmartz software.


    Issue:
    Changes to settings needed to run the Netsmartz software are not allowed in windows 2000/XP.

    Resolution:
    User must make sure that they have administrative privileges on the local machine.
